Important Things To Know Before Placing an Order
Your support and loyalty are very important to me. I strive to be as transparent as possible about my products and services so you can have all the necessary information you need when deciding to purchase from me.
Please read through all the information below before making a purchase. 

All online Orders processing time is 1-2 business days & 7-14 business days for pre-ordered wigs. Unless otherwise notified. Shipping will then take an additional 3-7 business days for standard shipping or 2-5 business days for expedited shipping depending on your shipping selection. I strive to provide quick order processing but sometimes due to the number of orders I receive or other issues outside of my control, it may take longer. Please note that orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, Monday-Thursday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information so be sure to enter your correct email when placing an order. 
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. 

HBJCollection does not hold responsibility for packages that have been delivered. I also can not give refunds for shipping delays, lost mail, or other shipping problems.

HBJCollections can not take responsibility for your shipping service or issues relating to them that are outside of my control. If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777 or the shipping service you picked when you placed your order. That is the quickest way to a resolution and this will help me, help you if a claim needs to be filed. If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address or error on your part, there’s a re-shipping fee that will be charged for me to reship your order so please double check your address before you submit your order. 


Please do not call me outside of business hours. I will not answer the phone nor do I have time to return calls and have phone conversations. It just takes too long and my time is limited. If you have any questions or concerns you may leave a message for me here on via the

contact page (which is best and quickest) 


Please allow 1-3 days for a response to your message. My usual response time is within 24 hours but my business days are Tuesday- Saturday. I do not usually answer messages over the weekend. Sometimes things may happen outside of my control and it may take a day or so longer. I DO answer ALL of my customer messages. I set aside time each day (usually early in the morning) to attend to messages. Many answers to your questions are located under the “Item Details” for the product listing. I write very detailed information about each product I sell. Please read all the information about the products you have questions about before you send a message. This helps save time for both of us.

when will I get my order? all orders need about 2-3 days to process. After order processes shipment will be shipped. Then you should receive your order within 3-7 business days for regular shipping and 2-5 business days for expedited shipping

Can I pick up my order? Yes, you can pick up your order, but for shop pay orders will  still requirement the same 2-3 business days to process orders and once the order is fully processed. we will contact you to schedule your order curbside pickup.

Are there refunds or exchanges? There are no refunds or exchanges.

Do you make custom units for customers’ needs? Yes, we do, for more information please contact us or text 725-222-1162 inquiring about your need.

why was my order canceled? To prevent your order from being canceled. Please add correct shipping and billing information It must match orders will be canceled if billing and shipping address doesn’t mach !!!
